Will pressure washing damage my paint?

Not if done correctly. Painted timber, render and fibre cement need soft-wash under 500 psi with a bio-clean. High-pressure blasting on painted surfaces strips the paint. Our crews know the difference.

Can you pressure wash a roof?

Yes. Tile and metal roofs are soft-washed with a bio-clean to remove mould and lichen without damaging the tiles or paint. We do not use high pressure on roofs.

How often should I pressure wash my house?

Most Brisbane homes benefit from a house exterior soft-wash every 2–3 years. Shaded south-facing walls and pool areas may need it annually to keep mould at bay.

Do you clean before painting?

Yes — a full pressure clean is included in the prep on every exterior paint quote. Paint sticks to clean surfaces, not to mould or chalk.

Do you handle stormwater runoff?

Yes. On commercial jobs and any site where runoff could enter stormwater, we bund the area and collect wash water in line with Council requirements.
