Brisbane-wide exterior painting

    Exterior Painting Brisbane

Brisbane's UV, humidity and summer storms are hard on exterior paint. Our exterior painting team preps every surface properly — scrape-back, timber repair, priming — so the finish holds up for a decade or more. From Queenslander weatherboards and rendered homes to commercial exteriors, we deliver full repaints and colour refreshes across every Brisbane suburb.

    Built for the Brisbane climate

Brisbane's exterior paint failures almost always come from the same thing: poor prep. UV cracks the topcoat, then humidity gets underneath, and within 3–5 years the paint is flaking. We plan for the Brisbane climate from day one:

    • UV-stable topcoats so colours don't fade on north-facing walls.
    • Anti-mould additives for shaded south walls where humidity sits.
    • Moisture-rated primers on rendered walls and brickwork.
    • Full timber scrape-back on weatherboards — the step other painters skip.

    Our exterior painting process

Correct preparation is the difference between a repaint that lasts three years and one that lasts twelve. New paint cannot bond to chalky, dirty or flaking surfaces, so we never shortcut these stages — on homes or on commercial exteriors.

    1. 1

      Inspection

We assess cladding, render, fascias, eaves, trims and doors, identify moisture problems and note every repair before quoting a fixed price.

    2. 2

      Preparation

Pressure cleaning or sugar soap washing, scraping back peeling and weathered paint, sanding and de-glossing so the new system has something to grip.

    3. 3

      Repairs where required

Replacing rotten weatherboards, filling cracks in render, re-caulking gaps and treating rust on metalwork.

    4. 4

      Priming

The right primer or sealer for each substrate — timber, render, fibre-cement, metal — so the topcoats stay put.

    5. 5

      Painting

Two premium UV-stable and moisture-rated topcoats, cut in by hand and applied when conditions allow proper curing.

    6. 6

      Quality inspection and cleanup

A walk-around with you, touch-ups completed on the spot, gardens uncovered and the site left clean.
